Personal Training

Personal One on One Training:  sessions include 15 minutes of warm up and cool down, stretching and a 45 minute workout.  Nutrition log review, goal setting and body measurements.  These sessions will target areas you are concerned with and give you the education and motivation needed to succeed.  If you need an extra push or to learn more about the latest fitness routines, we can help.  Maybe you need a few sessions one on one before beginning one of our group fitness classes.

**Packages are paid for in advance and days are booked at the time of payment.  Minimum 2 sessions required per week.  Any sessions missed due to scheduling or other issues must be made up within 1 week of original time.  These times are blocked especially for our clients and we reserve this time for you.  24 Hour notice is required to reschedule.
