Functional training prepares you for the movements you perform in everyday life. That means that instead of basing your workouts around isolated, bodybuilding style exercises performed sitting down on machines, you should stand up to train and use a balance of movements that simultaneously tax multiple muscle groups and incorporate all three planes of motion.

Our TRX sessions are held in a covered area so we are protected from the elements while offering the best view of Midtown Atlanta. We encourage you to bring a yoga mat and bottle of water for these sessions.
